I had a great new patient visit! The location is convenient and I was brought back on time. Dr Bennett and his staff were knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner. As a dentist, I have high expectations for my doctors appointments. Columbus Eyeworks met the mark!
In over two years with Dr. Kurt and his staff they have been thorough, kind, and competent. Dr. Kurt saw me same day for an emergency and I left with a letter to the hospital explaining the problem. Recently he recognized a problem with my eyes and immediately worked to provide a solution. The selection of frames is excellent, the office is comfortable and clean. I completely recommend this business.

Dr. Bennett is a wonderful eye doctor! As a healthcare worker myself, I was very impressed with his bedside manner and ease in explaining complex topics. My exam was seamless and the office had a great selection of lenses. 10/10 recommend!
I did not have a good experience today. I was a new patient. I was not asked any questions about my eye history or if there was any changes, and I had multiple concerns because I feel my vision is changing. I asked them towards the end since I wasn’t asked but was given generic answers like allergies. I’m sure that’s true, but I haven’t had allergies before, so I’d enjoy at least a convo to explain why or if there’s other reasons.
