On August 5th, I tired to get an appointment for a painful dry, red eye and the receptionist wanted to give me an appointment for September 9th. This was my second call because when I told them I had VSP insurance she said we don't take it but the problem I am having is a medical problem covered under my medical insurance.......This place is a joke......I will take my business somewhere else because they don't know how to take care of even the basic things. If you need eye care don't call this place!!!!!
