We lose power every time a strong breeze blows. You would think they would have built their infrastructure to actually work in the desert.
Power is always going off call the office and no one knows anything they transfer you to Albuquerque they know we live in a problem area and have outages all the time, but don't seem to do anything about it. They don't seem to mind charging a bundle for what they do provide
I called to find out if they had electric service running by a piece of land Northeast of Columbus, I couldn't believe they do not use county plat maps or knew where the closest intersection was when I mentioned it to them. They seem totally lost in their own neighborhood. So not a good result with that call.
