Professionalism sucks yes the communication is poor
I've been there twice int he past 2 months and the billing for insurance was incorrect each time. Very Frustrating!!
awesome location! easy in easy out!! awesome staff! all are so friendly and show sincere concern! been a dedicated CDC patient for years for that very reason and everyone is so great at their job. But North location has to get an extra star. my Mom needed a chest xray and I needed knee xrays. we were both in and out in 30 minutes 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗. Right now I'm not planning to make a visit so Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you 🦃

I needed an MRI after a sports injury. I was referred to the new CDC Northside which was very clean. The front desk staff was personable and the technician ensured my comfort and piece of mind during the MRI.
Great facility and friendly staff. They were very helpful with billing questions. Was in and out in about 25 minutes. Thank you!
Thank you to Shannon who made me feel very comfortable and safe doing a Closed MRI. I was very nervous and they really took care of me . Great customer service and loving atmosphere.
