What can I say it is the ghetto and a man that grew up in projects now runs it for his cousins and friends to live comfortably. The kids be outside all times of the night. People rent out their apartments to other families and not dogs are allowed even though the web page says different. Do not report anything unless you are prepared for the property manager to bite your head off. He is a real tool and not a good people person I even heard he has family that lives here.
