He missed the 2nd appointment and keep in mind I waited for him for the full hour that he never showed up. He finally showed up on the 3rd appointment and he told me a excuse why he missed the appointment and after the 3rd we made the 4th appointment and he told me that he would let me know if he isn't going to make it.
