my wife had a really horrible aftercare experience after having surgery on her foot. There's a whole lot more to it that I don't care to comment about. We will never use their services again and never recommend them to anyone.

They could improve by not having 25-30 misdiagnosis of ailments a day. (My wife being one of them. They just missed her cancer, not a big deal or anything. Which UNMC said if they took their time and did their job, instead of rushing thru their patients, it would've been easily diagnosed and not progressed to stage 4) Then it'd also help alot by not suing their clients who are in the middle of applying for financial assistance thru their own hospital to help pay their own bills. They have been done at the medical building next to the hospital, and have been done by Nebraska Heart Institute. The cost was always around $450. Last fall I had to switch cardiologists. The doctor ordered an ultrasound. It was the exact same simple 20 minute procedure, and even done in the same room as my previous ultrasounds. I am so thankful for the nurses who took care of me after my c-section. They are so caring, and not only made sure Baby and I were doing well, but also that my husband and my older children were happy too. Special thank you to Cindy and Tonya. They are angels! They go above and beyond and I really appreciate everything they did for me and my family. ❤️
Staff was amazing, billing personnel very helpful. BUT, if you have a cost sharing policy vs regular insurance, this facility gives a 0% reduction for cash patients. Which means a commercially insured patient receives a discount in service cost in the adjustment to the balance. So even a high deductible policy with commercial insurance has the amount above the “allowed charges” written off. Patient care was fine in er, billing department not so much, not willing to work with u on bills. When your employer didn’t pay our premiums to our insurance and found out 3 months after the fact we didn’t have insurance and now expected to pay the full amount of $5000 for 3 hrs mind u, and will not work with u at all.. said we have to pay $500 a month to get it paid off or go get a loan for it.
