So who has me dental records now? Who do I reach out to for copies? The way this was handled is a mess.
The office closed and the way I found out was the door was locked when I went to my appointment. I don’t care what happened, there is absolutely no excuse for someone not notifying patients the office closed. In addition, a crown they made in the office failed within 12 months and now I have to pay another dentist $600 to replace it. What a bunch of thoughtless jerks. My advice is NEVER get a crown made at the dentist office. Make sure it is from a lab.
I loved this place but I was supposed to have an appointment this week and never got a confirmation like I usually do. The number never texted me back and the line is disconnected. If it weren’t for the review below saying the office is closed I likely would have taken off work and come to my appointment. Not sure what happened but super weird a mass text at least wasn’t sent out to existing patients that the office would be closing…disappointing
Does anyone know what is happening to the practice? My family has been going here for many years but it seems like none is at the office these days. This review was from a few years ago: Excellent service, very nice staff and Dr Jaranillo was very patient in explaining my case.
Great attentive new staff with old faces with superb, clean and comforting installation. This is a top dental center; the staff not only takes care of you while you are there, they worry after you go home after a procedure. My best to them.
