I have never had an experience like this at a car lot before! From the minute we arrived we were treated like an old friend. Mark and Justin even stayed late to locate the SUV we wanted and went above and beyond to put us in it. Sadly my new to me car had an issue. Used cars are typically sold "As Is"" but not only did they back their vehicle, they made sure I could get to work and they took care of the problem. Conner was very nice at North Vernon and very helpful in helping someone who has struggling credit. I felt blessed the day of the sale and had confided in him past struggles with buying used cars that left me stranded. I have had the 2018 Jeep Compass 3 days shy of 2 weeks. First struggled with check engine light that went off before I was able to get it checked the following day.
