I had a really great experience with Payton Place Auto. They worked hard to get me into a reliable car that actually fit my budget, which I truly appreciate. I especially want to thank Robby Cole. If I could give less than one star, I would I purchased a car in September from Peyton AUTO Pl. two days after I had it the thermostat went bad and the car died. The thermostat had to be replaced, and there were some reprogramming of the cars computer that had to be done, and that work was completed. Peyton AUTO Pl. did cover the cost of that repair but since then the car has been in the shop four times most recently two axles and a valve cover gasket had to be replaced. He was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They even went above and beyond by replacing the battery without us even asking. If you’re looking for a trustworthy used car dealership in Columbus, Indiana, I highly recommend Payton Place Auto.
People are scammers, says they go by “market value” then I find the same exact car for 12,000$ less. And multiple other great deals on similar cars for WAY less money, Literally go anywhere but here. You’ll find a better deal, I promise you that. Then after having a short conversation with the person on Facebook, and I tell them I’m gonna write a bad review they block me to keep me from doing so! And I’m sure they’ll try and get this deleted as well.
