Columbus Auto Source is a family-owned (established in 2004), seller of solid quality pre-owned automobiles of ALL shapes, sizes and color (translation: years, makes & models!). We also service what we sell, offer extended warranties and GAP coverage, all at affordable prices. Since we aren't perfect, we instead strive for excellence and try to show that with everyone who visits our showroom.

Mr Samczuk...we checked out visitor and test drive records and could not locate your name. For the benefit of you and others who may ready this review, we are very sensitive about the quality of automobiles we offer for sale. Perhaps you are confusing us with another dealer?
Buyers beware, do the car fax yourself. They will sell you previously wrecked vehicles and not even let you be aware. You’re better off going to a buy here pay here or afford-a-car. At least Afford is honest.
I would give them less than 1 star if I could!! I bought a "great" used car from them. I didn't test drive it due to Covid and as soon as it was delivered service rear axle light came on. I'm asked by the salesman how do I know that is needed and send him a photo of it, then I'm told "probably just routine maintenance". It turns out the differential is bad and needs repair. Got a GMC Canyon from them 2 years ago still driving it no issues might got thew them again for a new truck!!
dealer sent off our paperwork for financing over Saturday night, said they would have an answer for us monday morning. I called at 11am Monday and they said someone paid cash for the car and too bad " that's how it works they said" WOW, What a horrible way to do business! Buyer beware!
I recently received and oil change, it was completed in a timely manner and my car was given back to me clean!
DON'T BUY HERE. BIGGEST SCAM. I bought a truck that ended up missing 2 screws on the crack. Can't drive it. SOLD a WARRANTY that doesn't cover fixing the engine so it can start. I am out the $3000 for the warranty and another $4200 so my mechanic can repair the engine. The dealership won't make things right and repair it or the warranty company ASC WARRANTY AND I bought the PLATINUM package.. SCAM> SCAM> SCAM. GO SOME WHERE ELSE>
