I called in four refills a couple weeks ago. When I went to pick up, only had three and was told that that was all I had. So I went home (30 miles away) and called that fourth one in again. The recording said it would be ready on Tuesday. We went back on Wednesday — pharmacy closed. We knew it was scheduled to be closed on Thursday, so went back on Friday. The pharmacy has failed to fill all of the prescriptions lately. This causes me to make unnecessary 180 mile round trips. They say they don't have it then when I get home they send a text that it is ready.
