John is a great realtor! He really cares about you finding the right home. While searching in this crazy market, he helped us purchase our dream home. Throughout the process, he continually answered all of the questions and was very knowledgeable about real estate. He also helped us sell our townhouse, making it as easy as possible. I could not recommend him enough as a realtor!

John is literally a certified genius. He knows the market inside and out. He helped me buy my first home and sell my first home. Now I feel empowered and informed to, not just navigate the tricky market from now on, but also make smart personal financial decisions resulting in personal wealth and prosperity. Homeownership is the main way for accumulating long term wealth in this country, and I wouldn't want anyone by my side for that venture but John. And he remembers everything!

We found John via a referral agency, and the agency sent us the best real estate agent possible! I can’t recommend him enough. John remained professional, honest, sincere, timely, and did not pressure us in any way. I cannot begin to praise John Basila's work enough as an agent in selling my deceased sister's property in Columbine West.
