Overall I am satisfied with the results and working with the company. They are a well established company that I would recommend to anyone. However I am not totally happy with them. The contract was viewed and signed online. I did not received a copy. Also getting the final invoice was difficult. It did show paid in full once I received it. Yet it was very vague on what I got. It did not include some of the extras I paid for such as Leaf guards.
Update..... Buyer beware..... These guys suck. I thought this was the same company I had used before. Nope, they just have the same name cause the company I used to be merged. The quote i got was a good quote. When the roof was done, they wanted 10 grand more. When I asked for a full breakdown of materials and work, they kept telling me to talk to my insurance. Well, while all this was going on back and forth, we got a wet snow, and my roof leaked. In my home. They did come out and "fix it." 2 weeks later, another sow storm ... read more
