Martin Jimenez is the Service/Production Supervisor and is terrific to work with him. We had a leak coming into our family room and it was very difficult to diagnose. It could have been the stucco or the windows or the roof. Martin took the time to reproduce the problem and show me where it was. It turned out to be a crack where the stucco meets the window requiring calking. It wasn't even his problem but he helped me get the right people involved to fix the problem. Ben the project manager came the day after the hail storm and Ben worked with our insurance company to get everything approved. He gives eye contact and is honest in his dealings.
