Summary: Poor work quality, unresponsive, multiple cancellations and no-shows for warranty work. Won't return calls or texts. Did not provide warranty paperwork. Warranty worthless since he won't come back to fix anything. I hired Tom Roybal from Columbine Hardscapes to replace some sod with stones, raise a retaining wall, put in a French drain, and create a paved walkway. Mr. Thomas Roybal of Columbine Hardscapes agreed to perform warranty repairs, but then no-showed and rescheduled multiple times. He has since not responded to my phone calls and text messages past two years.

After large paver patio and path installation Mr. Thomas Roybal dba Columbine Hardscapes agreed to perform warranty repairs, but then no-showed and rescheduled multiple times. He has since not responded to my phone calls and text messages, over the past month, leading me to believe he dishonestly led me on, never intending to perform the warranty work, which is critical, because some pavers have settled over time creating a tripping hazard.

Columbine Hardscape’s work speaks for itself! They’re work is gorgeous and done in a timely manner. They’re crew was clean, polite, efficient and respectful of my property. Tom was on site and his communication with us was great. I couldn’t be more excited to host parties this summer on my gorgeous patio. Can’t wait to add a fire pit and seating area. Recommend this company to everyone!
