The staff at Columbine Ford were immediately helpful. We didn’t wait more than a minute to have a salesman assigned to us. I gave the salesman, Kayden, minimal information as to what I was looking for, and he immediately found something that I loved. Kayden was patient and served us well Eventually putting me into the exact vehicle that I needed! I am overjoyed with the service and sales staff at Columbine Ford!

I appreciated the simplicity and ease of the buying process from 3 states away. I specifically requested that I have my credit application go through Ford Credit and they listened to me and I got a very good rate compared to using a local or regional bank. I wasn’t pressured but I didn’t try to negotiate any discounts either. They didn’t offer any promos or incentives but they did pick me up at the airport without question so I appreciate that.

Our sales associate, Brad, gave us a demo of how the onboard display and mechanics of the various Bronco models work. Then he gave my husband and I the keys to test drive a few different sized engines off the lot. He was judgement free and didn't force any particular model or upgrade on us. And we were in control of the complete buying experience without feeling like being pushed or feeling like someone breathing down our necks.

We drove 3 hours to make a special appointment to buy the only truck we were looking for that they had in stock. It was the only one of its kind that we could find. We told the salesperson when we made the appointment that it was the only one in the area that's why we were driving 3 hours to come and buy the truck.
