If I could I would give this company a negative 3. I was hired as a caregiver because I needed a second job. I'm WAY over qualified to be a caregiver since I have worked as a medication aide in Alzheimer's and Dementia facilities for the past 10+ years. I also have a background in home health care and Hospice care. I recently moved from another state and getting my licenses transferred is taking time. Truly a reputable and respectable company. They ensure their employees are trained and prepared to assist clients with all of their needs. Management has always been so helpful and kind with whatever is thrown their way.
The staff here were amazing! I called just to ask some questions about care originally and they were able to help me with everything I asked about. They were very patient and knowledgeable and they really helped me make an actual decision regarding help for my in laws that we have struggled with for so long.
Incredible company with extremely compassionate staff! I highly recommend Columbine for all of your in home care needs.
