I purchased a 5 months ago been in shop 3 times car been wreck 3 times they never disclose any info all they did was sell me overprice piece junk I will never deal with this bunch again ripoffs and both salesman I dealt with have quit tell u something I won't recommend any one go there terrible now I'm buried with pos and debt sorry bad

The ****** was disclosed at time of purchase and the customer wrecked after buying vehicle. The car has a service contract which has taken care of repairs since purchase. We have tried to assist Mrs. ******* in trading out of vehicle and are unable at this point.
Horrible customer service after the sale is final! You want ghosted? Talk to the general manager *** more than 2 times. You want unexpected or surprise costs? Shop here. You want unprofessional conversations? You found the spot. It starts with a good experience as a front then quickly declines if they are in the wrong.

Columbiana Ford Employees are very helpful and friendly. My experience was great. Our Saleswoman was great at listening to what I had in mind. I had to be picky because there was a price range I wanted to stay in. I bought a used vehicle with low miles...I really have never bought a used one before so this will be my first experience . I was very happy that they were very friendly and professional there,

I bought RAM 2018 from this dealer in 2023 . It was an ok deal considering the inflated used car value. However they failed to provide title and transfer documents within 30 days after the purchase even thou the vehicle was paid in full.I notice the breaks were "spongy" since it was raining, I wasn't sure so I asked the salesman ***** if he can get it checked for me. I BOUGHT A 2012 ESCAPE FROM THEM WITH A DEALER 100 DAY WARENTY, I HAD TO REPLACE THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AFTER 2 WEEKS THEN THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW QUIT WORKING. I WAS TOLD THE DEALERSHIP SOLD SO THE NEW OWNERS DID NOT HAVE TO FIX THIS. WHAT A RIP OFF
