I have been with Dr. Counto for years. She has always taken good care of me and will help whenever possible. She quickly makes referrals when needed and works well with my pharmacy and mail order meds. I am glad she is there watching over my health.

While the staff was great the "care" is absolute garbage. I should have expected as much being a part of Salem Hospital. I went in with Covid symptoms. Had the PCR test and was confirmed 4 days later. I got a call that said your positive.... thats it....not what to do next, nothing. I begged while i was there that i needed a doctor. They have 2... and i never saw either of them. One work's 4 days a week and the other 2.Im a professional with a GREAT job, great insurance and nothing.
