Service advisor not knowledgeable about GM certified parts warranties. Gave me 7 different reasons why there was no warranty on the parts. Told me only warranty on the labor. All that was not true. Both parts and labor should have been covered under warranty. Service manager even involved and said he has to call parts representative and see what he should do. The service advisor even tried telling me that the other Chevy dealership didn't use GM certified parts. But after I asked another advisor to look up the parts number f... read more
