The company that owns this place is called Wassco. They are a company out of Lincoln. I would highly recommend staying away from these people. They are bad news. I used to live in a building that they owned. They are horrible people. Nothing ever got fixed and you had to contact them many times just to get a response. They would hire and fire managers every couple of months. I also over heard employees complaining that they weren’t getting paid and would refuse to work any extra hours because of that. Stay away!
Zero will be better. The property is cheap (never use it, I needed to store things) and location is ok. The apartment is old but management is as unprofessional as it can be. That is enough to never recommend it to anyone. You can find better places and better to pay extra than dealing with the manager.
The apartments are nice and cozy. Like the layout.
