Pleasant staff. Clean and state of the art equipment. No appointment required for regular xrays. It was a wonderful experience.
The doctor took 7 or 8 images for my regular mammogram check but only 4 images are needed ( I know that after). I feel so bad for it. I am exposed to unnecessary radiation risk. I feel that at the time if I didn't ask that doctor how many images she is going to take, she would continue to take more. The hospital is a place for saving people not damaging people. The patient has no medical knowledge most of the time and simply trust doctors, but can they be trusted?
They need to add the walk in times for these Imaging Locations. I called the main number and I was given incomplete information. The lady who answered me gave me the wrong cut off time, then tried to send me to another location (that was closing as we speak), and then “suggested” I call my insurance to change my appointment so I can go another day to take the x-rays. Everyone was so friendly and comforting. I forget everyone’s name (sorry lol) but the entire staff from the nurse who placed my IV to the radiology staff were amazing. That definitely helped me stay calm during the MRI. I hope the staff who was there today 6/17 gets to see this. I really appreciate you! Thank you.
