Good luck making an appointment or talking with the office. They use a call center and automations. Simple calls are impossible now.
Terrible. It is a four to five months wait to get an initial appointment. Once you are a patient it still takes days or weeks to get an appointment. If you have an urgent issue you’ll have to go to a CityMD or other walk in clinic because they won’t make time to see you. Frankly, I get the sense they couldn’t care less about their patients.
Your AI-generated system is disgustingly impersonal and defunct. It takes several repetitions to get through - what’s the point of having a front desk then?! Also, WHY is there an exodus of all your best doctors leaving Columbia Primary Care ???
