I waited for a pain management appointment since June. I asked to be placed on waitlists and was told OK- to find out I never was put on one for the consult rescheduled twice and pushed out 2 mos. Then no more appointments for another 3- and the first 3 got cancelled. This has been a consistently unprofessional practice since Dr Zhang left, and I’m following him all the way to Rutgers from NY. Had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Received a call the day before my appointment that it was canceled. Called back and left a message twice since you can't get a person to reschedule. No call backs. Going somewhere else. Not comfortable with how they deal with patients. Badly ran operations.

Having run a Surgery Center for 25 surgeons before becoming disabled. The doctors and office staff are abhorrent and classless attacking patients. Then black labeling patients when the office cancels their appointment or the doctor refuses to see a suffering bedridden patient with a rare crippling most painful disease. Weinburger, Marshall, Irene couldn’t care less if a patient died tomorrow. As long as their abusive lying ways are allowed.
