I'd have to agree with some of the other reviews I read here - Columbia Does Not Care! I stopped going to CC because they made my life WORSE. Medication management was ineffective because the provider did not listen to my feedback when telling her "this med is not working because..." and she would say well "they say it's good for this and the suggested dose is this". Took sides with a hospital that neglected to provide a medication and blamed my disability.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. First of all, Columbia does NOT care & second they don’t believe people get better. They’re liars & do not care about their employees. No wonder why their turn over rate is so bad. I was in a horrible situation & never was checked up on once. I got fired over something under my control. Do not become a client here & most importantly don’t ever become an employee for them. Do not recommend. You’re better off going to Jackson County Mental Health or Options!
