Horrible help. They are recommending other help agencies in medford. The cycles of these people working are not okay for help and are pushing most people to start taking pills!!! I was told there is no help for apartment application fees!!! This is what I need to get into an apartment. 1 star to put on a review and 1 star for the woman who takes the messages. Minus 3 stars for never returning a call of inquiry after 4 to 5 weeks and 2 follow up messages.
I'd have to agree with some of the other reviews I read here - Columbia Does Not Care! I stopped going to CC because they made my life WORSE. Medication management was ineffective because the provider did not listen to my feedback when telling her "this med is not working because..." and she would say well "they say it's good for this and the suggested dose is this".
