It's very nicely.
Please train your staff to be more polite when they receive calls.. If we knew everything about the apartments we were looking to move into then we probably would not call. I just called today (Wed June 29th at 12pm) and the gentleman that picked the phone was very rude and condescending! Such a bad experience for someone calling there for the first time! I am sure the apartments are lovely but if your front desk does not portray that then it leaves a lot to be desired!
