Columbia Woods has always been a lovely place to stay ! I went in the office today for an application process & Deanna was so sweet patient & helpful ! A great peaceful spirit to come home to !
I have lived at Columbia woods for a year now. The maintenance guys are always on it! The office staff is amazing and always on call, If I have any questions or concerns they are always willing to help and all of my concerns are addressed immediately. The neighborhood is well kept up and maintained!
Deanna Was so pleasant all the time this isn't my first interaction with her. And i must say she makes the exprience. Very pleasant and Comfortable
Ive been calling for days trying to inquire about there leasing options, online leasing says disabled and nobody has ever answered the phone or returned my calls back.
Hands down the best customer service in person. Ms. Deanna was very professional, upfront, and polite. She is upfront and did I mention a very sweet person. I didn’t think people this day a time were as respectful like Ms Deanna. I wish every place of business had customer service reps like this.
