This practice is amazing. The care and expertise is fantastic, and the service is also extraordinary: time and again they’ve turned around —very quickly — documents and forms that I’ve needed for my kids’ school, camp and other things. Can’t say enough good things about this practice

I like the doctor we had there but when calling to make appointments or ask questions the service is horrible. For my older son on 3 different occasions I couldn’t get appointments when needed when he was sick. Ended up going to urgent care as if it was our pediatricians office. With an older and younger son it was impossible to get the visits close together. I would have to come back another day or the next week for my older son. We had a horrible experience trying to bring our daughter here. 6 months before our daughter was born, I called to understand what we needed to do to add her as a new patient. They sent us all the forms, and said as soon as she is born to call and set up an appointment. Again, a month before she was due I called to confirm, told the same thing. Finally, 2 weeks before, I tried to set up the appointment, since our daughter was a c-section so we knew the exact day and time. They said I cannot do that, but as soon as she’s born... read more
