Came in after suicide attempt. Employee told psychiatrist I didn't need to see him which was FALSE. Another employee did nothing to help those of us there. Never saw her even smile. One employee cooked breakfast sick, coughing over food. I chose to decline my meal. Right hand may not know what the left hand is doing there.

Stall at the front desk need to be trained to help those in crisis feel a sincere welcome, and feel their needs are going to be care for. This isn't some quick stop for a soda, Some of these clients are suicidal. That means their LIFE IS AT RISK! The front desk person is VERY IMPORTANT! Should I say that again....LIFE is at risk! If someone has trust issues they need to feel safe or they will lose trust in the mental health system. The treatment from your front desk person needs to enhance trust at best but at the very least... read more
