3rd floor has an outgoing mail and package alcove, with flat rate boxes! Just keep turning right until you find it.

Nice and new center for observation of the city from the top!
Head to the 40th floor where there's a Starbucks with amazing views. It's closed on Sunday, but there's a room next door open with even better views.
