I had Columbia Valley Inspection Services come out and do an inspection for me and all I can say is I had a WONDERFUL experience. Jeff did an outstanding job he was very detailed with the inspection and answered all the questions I had. Jeff did an inspection on a house I was buying. Great inspection really thorough. Jeff was friendly and helpful. Jeff let me be there for the inspection. Being there and seeing the issues rather than just reading it on a report helped me understand those issues. That helped me decide what I needed fixed from the seller and what things I could fix myself. Over all it was a good inspection for a fair price. If I ever need another inspection I will definitely call Jeff again.

Jeff was really thorough and explained everything to me as he noted it. I really appreciated it as a first time home buyer. It helped me figure out what I needed to ask for the seller to fix and what I felt comfortable tackling on my own later.
