Doctor Alexis Del col. Waiting time horrible. Had appointment 10.45 am. Now 3pm still waiting.
The eye doctors and specialists are great. The wait time is horrible even if you come early or on time. Expect to be there at least two hours or more. The women at the front desk are very rude. Every time I have visited I was meet with an unpleasant person. Asking a question bothers them. This is their job to be polite, friendly, and answer patient questions.

SO I NEVER BEEN TO THIS PLACE, BUT WHOEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE HER NAME IS AILEEN... I was trying to make an appt as new patient i have an eye condition called Retinitis pigmentosa, she picked dup the phone is such a rude way, and I'm explaining that i need an appointment and all she asked was "What kind of appointment" I'm like" well I was diagnosed with that so I' m not sure which Doctor" SHE DID NOT EVEN LET ME SPEAK AND WAS LIKE "FIRST OF ALL I DONT GO BY DIAGNOSIS I M NOT A NURSE OR A DOCTOR" But obviously all you have ... read more
