As a workplace, remember - the HR department is NOT there to help YOU. They are there to protect their management, directors (of CRR) etc. So people who bring in the money. Even if they have a documented history of abuse and complaints. HR will hear you out and then send you to some anger management training and the director will... I guess get a pat on the back? So exactly the same as corporate America.
