Their chemo infusion center in the 14th floor need to have staff that are mature and competent for this dept so that they are able to assist these sick patients appropriately. I have two family members that I accompany with for their chemo treatments for a few months now and I must say the front staff are very rude and make smart remarks and inappropriate comments when they ask questions to these sick patients.
