It really is old fashioned in their customer service. Bob will take wonderful care of you. Fast service and you couldn't have a nicer guy helping you out. I take all my cars there.
Old-fashioned integrity – I took my pickup in for a clutch replacement. The price they charged was fair, and the work was done in a day. However, it turned out that something that they had done caused a leak, which I did not discover until the next day, after a 100 miles driven on a hot day. I brought it back to Columbia Transmission, and they removed the transmission again and repaired the damaged shaft and gears without charging me.
