All the staff were attentive, informative and kind. I’d give the experience five stars.
I had cut my hand. I did apply direct pressure so I wasn’t actively bleeding. I knew I would have to wait a long time. The nurse kindly got me a glass of ice water. Everybody was polite and kind. I did have to wait a couple of hours, the doctor was apologetic and explained he’d had taken care of some higher level triage clients. I got two stitches and another glass of ice water and was sent on my way. Yeah they were very nice.
My RN was amazing...they were fast my provider was really great as well
