Rude receptionist
I came in for severe right back pain. I couldn't move unless I screamed uncontrollably. The nurse Barb J. Never gave me eye contact throughout my three hours there. I needed something for pain. I waited for an hour. My call light went unanswered for 25 minutes. The pain medicine they gave did not work. Which she said she would come back to see how I was doing. I know it's an emergency department. I think that the people that work there is not really responsible for all the patients in the facility. I feel that they are only responsible for the patients, they are assigned to. They sit and chat while the nurses call light was going off for 15 minutes. Not one staff member answer my call light.
