My experience at Columbia Smiles was very pleasant. I was warmly greeted upon my arrival and was promptly taken care of, and my dental work was very thorough and gentle.

I initially had high hopes for this dentist's office. Everyone was nice, and when I had a dental emergency—a broken tooth nine months before my wedding—they were able to see me quickly. I needed an extraction, followed by an implant, and something temporary in between. They recommended a flipper and got it made for me very fast. Unfortunately, the flipper was difficult to manage. When i made my initial appointment i thought it was for a new patient cleaning. I went in and was immediately put off by asking me to get all this work done that is not covered by my insurance. I got an xray then they kept pushing the camera view of my teeth. I said no. Then the dentist examined my teeth and told me i need a guard because of a crack. Then they said i had to come back for my cleaning. I did not like the experience and will not return.
