This community has seriously gone downhill. I personally witnessed two individuals in the garden area with beer bottles in their hands fighting on the property, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. I went to the office immediately, and the property manager was not there. I have been calling trying to reach him and have yet to receive any response back. I don't live there, but once a year I go there to see one of my PT. Everything is so quiet, and clean, that I even asked the front desk what age I need to be to live there, and she told me over 62, otherwise, I will be there for sure., And not to mention that I am very particular to pick the place I live.
