Love Jeanne, she's awesome, every time I go to my unit it's pleasure to see and talk with her.
I have rented storage space from several facilities of the years, but Columbia Self Storage is the best so far. Their rates are reasonable, the facility is clean and well maintained. But the service you receive from Jeanne, the manager, is impeccable. She runs the Middletown location like a well-oiled machine. She is professional and personable. The storage buildings have state-of-the-art security. I have been renting there for four years and highly recommend them.
Having used several different facilities over the years, we determined that, for our overflow storage needs, this is DEFINITELY a KEEPER!!!! Easy in, easy out and the most EXCELLENT service!!!!!
