Parked here, paid using QR code. Stll got a $50 ticket by mail. Trying to dispute, they make it impossible to dispute even though I have my Visa payment receipt. 🤬🤬
DO NOT PARK HERE!! We were visiting from out of town, and thought we had done everything correctly by paying with the posted QR code. Like the other reviewers, I got a very shady "Non-Compliance" bill from "Professional Parking Management" for "Overstay." They use license plate readers to get your address. There was no obvious way to "add time" since there was no meter or instructions, and I'm sure it's designed that way to make sure they steal as much money as possible from anyone who parks here. Do not park here. The company they use to ticket you is under a class action lawsuit. It's called Professional Parking management. They pull your info from your tag and bill you 50 dollars in the mail for an overstay; which is abhorrent. They then update the charge to 85 dollars (all this with an included 5 dollar "convenience fee") Companies like this deserve to fail for the sake of being so anti consumer. Please park somewhere else. You will regret parking here.
