This was an exceptional story of customer service. We found a great vehicle that we wanted and bought it. A day after it had some issues starting and it seems to be something was drawing on the power. Steve and his team immediately decided to fix it and make it right even though they didn’t have to. They worked on it, fixed the problem and even followed up with us afterwards. Amazing, friendly, and supportive customer service. Absolutely outstanding! Will be a return customer.
We bought a vehicle from them and when we got home it had an issue. Steve immediately had us bring it back. Not only did he take the time to find the problem and fix it, he charged us nothing for it. Amazing service and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!
I bought my 2012 Prius V from these amazing folks several years ago, and since then, I've brought her back in several times as they have always been nothing but completely honest about what really does and what really does not need fixing or repairing. They charge less than most other places I've been to for repairs, and they know the Prius vehicle as good if not better than just about anywhere I've ever been, including Toyota dealerships. Saw the bad reviews but I had a great experience here. First time car owner and Steve and Mihayla were very kind and easy to work with. I had a problem come up and he fixed it no charge and gave me some tips to prevent it from happening again. I’d recommend
HONESTLY The most UNPROFESSIONAL business I've EVER dealt with. Owner is definitely NOT someone who should own let alone run a business. I drove over 4½ hours to get this vehicle. Asked a simple question about the vehicle and he proceeded to get an attitude and was VERY RUDE. Did NOT give one care in the world about any concerns I had about the vehicle I was purchasing.
