I just bought a 2004 Toyota Highlander from them a month ago, I had the car for a day and it broke down. Turns out the timing belt was shredded! Spoke to Steve and he confirmed they didn’t even bother looking at it all the did was check the fluids and the brakes. The heater also isn’t regulating the temperature either. So after having my mechanic fix everything plus the tow truck fees the total cost is now $2416. They don’t allow you to take the vehicle to your own mechanic.
They got my car for the terms I wanted. Took care of all the boring paperwork. Dealt with licensing the car with Washington plates.
This was an exceptional story of customer service. We found a great vehicle that we wanted and bought it. A day after it had some issues starting and it seems to be something was drawing on the power. Steve and his team immediately decided to fix it and make it right even though they didn’t have to. They worked on it, fixed the problem and even followed up with us afterwards. Amazing, friendly, and supportive customer service. Absolutely outstanding! Will be a return customer.
