I had a problem with carpet laid several years ago by Columbia One. I before contacting any one I also wrote a bad review. I was contacted by Ted and he came out and looked at the problem. Within a week someone came to the house and fixed the problem. Sorry I made those bad remarks. I am very happy with Carpet One and would recommend them.
This is an apology to Bob at Columbia Rug Carpet One and also to Columbia Rug. I made those comments in haste. I should have checked with Bob and to find out more on what he was doing for us. Bob got a very good inspector to come out to the house to inspect the carpet and according to the inspector their was some problem with the carpet. With this information, Bob started working to help us out. I want to thank Bob for he has done for us and again Bob - I'm sorry for those comments made on 3/12/08
