Richard solved my problems over the phone without me having to bring my LR RR Sport in. I was getting the following faults: Adaptive Dynamics, Suspension, & Gearbox. Richard suggested I change out the main battery since I had already replaced the accessory battery. I swapped out the main battery & it took care of the 3 faults. But then I got a new fault: Charging System Fault. I Googled it, unplugged the main battery & BCM for 10 minutes & all the faults resolved & have been gone ever since. They did a great job changing the air filter on my ranger rover and didn’t break the bank.
The only trustworthy and reasonably priced Rover shop in all of metro Portland, and I’ve been to them all. Richard and his team are phenomenal.
If I could I would give 0 stars. They had my car for over a month. I went through a warranty. They ordered the incorrect part to fix my car and this car part ended up doing more damage to my car. They told another mechanic they knew it was the wrong part and installed anyway. I am out $1000. They weren’t communicative to me as the owner of the vehicle.
