Richard solved my problems over the phone without me having to bring my LR RR Sport in.
I will miss my wonderful mechanic shop! When I had my Range Rover, Richard and his team helped me out tremendously! I highly recommend their services. The only thing is that I wish they had a loaner vehicle. Maybe some day! I was treated with dignity, fairness and respect at all times. :)
Richard solved my problems over the phone without me having to bring my LR RR Sport in. I was getting the following faults: Adaptive Dynamics, Suspension, & Gearbox. Richard suggested I change out the main battery since I had already replaced the accessory battery. I swapped out the main battery & it took care of the 3 faults. But then I got a new fault: Charging System Fault. I Googled it, unplugged the main battery & BCM for 10 minutes & all the faults resolved & have been gone ever since.
