Having never felt the need to write a review, the entire experience with Columbia River Eye Center cannot go without comment. Now living out-of-state, my brief visit to the Mid-Columbia region left little flexibility in my schedule, but the need for cataract surgery was crucial. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Not really Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
