The staff was very nice and helpful when I took my parents here when they came to visit and wanted to hit all the stops. It was hot out so they let us stay in the AC for a bit and even gave us each a water bottle to make sure we stayed hydrated. They have all kinds of pamphlets, magazines, maps, infographics, post cards, magnets, and more.
