Due to moving states for work and our home definitely needing updated we were looking for an option that gave us the most return without having to pay on the front end and handle all the renovations ourselves before selling. I decided to not try to use a realtor to sell my manufactured home since I needed to move quickly. I found Columbia Redevelopment and talked to Greg. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions and helped us close in about two weeks. I recommend using Columbia Redevelopment to those homes that are in slightly less desirable condition and in a time crunch.
