Took my 5 month old niece here she had an appointment we came early and still wasn’t seen… waited 2 and 1/2 hours to even get her weighed no one gives you answers when you ask how much longer, the 2 lady’s in the front desk were just chatting and wouldn’t help, no one picks up the phone don’t waste your time here I got up and left. This place is a joke
Very nice Staff, Doctors and Nurses. My whole family is getting care at this location, so far everything’s going great.
Good doctors and nurses but horrible customer service. Very unhelpful and rude by phone.
Let me start of that I have been getting different doctors during my pregnancy. Along with requesting a transfer is a hassle as they are associated with other clinics and not have there number?. Receptionist has an attitude I don’t advise anyone going to this location I’d rather audobon then this. COVID is no excuse to have different doctors every time, especially for my newborn.
next time im pregnant ill make sure this is no where i go for check ups, so irresponsible & don't blame covid. just all over the place.
