BS policies, poor customer Service and snotty representatives at the office. Constantly robbing someone. For example I wanted to restart services at my home in my name only. Ok they said, you have perfect payment history and I see you’ve been at this address for 15 years. Then tries to charge a disconnect and re-connect fee. When it’s literally a name change in the system the day before the meter reading. You must have an IQ below 50 to be employed by this communist monopoly.
I appreciate all the work these people do to get electricity and clean drinking water! A privilege and Blessing! Thank you!
