A year ago we purchased prescription glasses at this practice. Stopped in a few weeks ago to the office in Richland to have the frames adjusted, as I was getting a headache with the misaligned frames. After having to wait for 20 minutes to have a technician adjust them... she refused to adjust them and said that I would need to make an appointment as it had been over a year since my last eye exam and adjusting the frames would not help. Had my first visit to Columbia Point Eye Care-Clearwater. Was a very good experience. They have the latest technology and very competent personnel.
1st time to this provider since Dr Fayhey is retiring. Good experience...friendly workers and Dr.. My only negative comment is I was given starter set of contacts...I requested a sample of the contact solution from 3 people and never got them.
I felt very well cared for, loved the doc’s relaxed atmosphere, patience with all of my questions and ideas and options moving forward. I would highly recommend them!
