Columbia Plateau roofing installed a metal roof on the addition to our cabin. We were happy with their work and hired them to put a metal roof on a large shed we built on our property. This spring we experienced two significant high wind events and some snap lock panels on the cabin came loose. Columbia came out within two days and installed a temporary fix to hold the panels in place. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company and this whole process from quote to finish. We have a large steep roof that was very difficult to work on and every detail was looked after to perfection. Special shout-out to the work crew. They were hard-working, courteous, and SHOCKINGLY tidy! This is the only place to call.

We appreciated the customer service. Responsive communication with project manager. Owner came to the front door on the first day of the project to introduce himself. We received a lot of compliments on the shingles we chose. We went from shake shingle to composite so it was a costly but high quality roof. The men doing the work were also friendly, respectful and cleaned up nicely. We are completely satisfied.
This post is a bit delayed, but wanted to share nonetheless. We had a new roof installed this past year. Not only does it look great, but the whole crew maintained open communication and transparency along the way. We also had other home projects going on at the same time and they graciously worked around the schedules of those projects and ensured everything went smoothly. Professional, thorough, quality work. would absolutely use them for any future needs and would highly recommend!
