I had Dr Denny when I was a kid, and when my son was born we had him until he retired. He was AMAZING and I swear he saved my son's life. Now we have Dr. Powers who is also amazing. He listens to the parents and takes their concerns seriously. My son's lower air ways were shutting down and he RAN to the room and had him take care of immediately. It was the worst experience as a new mom that I could have ever had. We went simply because we were release from the hospital and our hospital ped asked us to set up an appointment. We showed up at 8am and watched as four other people arrived after us, and were seen before us. I asked the front desk why this was and she said our provider was behind… I told her we didn’t pick a provider and also came at the earliest time..mind you they ask you to come at this time to avoid the sick kids coming in. Office staff are so rude. They talk to you like you're stupid and act like you're wasting their time anytime you call or go in to the office.
